Shows Martin Luther's dispute with the Swiss reformer Ulrich Zwingli in Marburg in 1529 over the understanding of the Lord's Supper. Landgrave Philip the Magnanimous, who resided in the castle in Marburg and had introduced the Reformation in Hesse, invited people to this debate. He sits at the edge of the table on the left, with Duke Ulrich of W?rttemberg next to him
